Samsung Brings One UI Design To Its Notebooks Using Windows

One UI is every day life for many. After all, all Galaxy devices have the Samsung version of the Android operating systems. The company now plans to bring the OneUI 4 mobile interface to its Windows laptops.

Android Feeling for Windows Laptops

Microsoft and Samsung have been working together for many years. The companies have worked together for years to develop closer connections between Android and Windows. OneDrive integration in apps and customized Office apps for Fold devices. Samsung now wants to give Windows 11 a fresh look on their laptops.

The verge reports that the Korean company plans to modify its Windows apps on the Galaxy Book to fit the design of its smartphones. This update, known as One UI Book 4, will give the Samsung Notes and Samsung Gallery new looks.

Samsung is trying to balance the One UI’s design changes and the Windows 11 design changes. New app icons, a revamped folder structure, modified menu layouts and additional features such as Dark mode support were the results. Switching between Samsung smartphones and laptops is made easier by the close relationship with the Galaxy smartphone’s design.

Five models at first

Current information indicates that One UI Book 4 will soon be available for the Galaxy Book Pro 360 and Galaxy Book Pro. It will also be available on the Galaxy Book Flex2, Galaxy Book and Galaxy Book Odyssey. It will be exciting to see how Samsung & Microsoft work together in the future.
