Today, Honor introduced the new MagicBook 14 Ryzen Edition laptop. The novelty was compared to its counterpart, the Lenovo ThinkBook 14+. However, the Honor device proved to be superior. The Honor device is superior in power consumption, performance, and battery life.
The performance of the new MagicBook 14 Ryzen edition (versions compared to the Ryzen 7 6800H in PCMark 10) is 28.5% better than the ThinkBook 14+. The same benchmark also measures autonomy at 35.5% more. This is not surprising considering that such a small laptop has a battery of up to 75 watts.
The MagicBook 14 Ryzen Edition has an all-metal chassis, a 2KIPS screen with a 3 to 2-inch aspect ratio and 100% sRGB coverage. The MagicBook 14 Ryzen Edition weighs 1.55kg and the case thickness is 15.9mm.
The base model with Ryzen 6600H and 16GB RAM is $770. $845 is the price for the Ryzen 7 6800H top-of-the-line version, which includes 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD.
