NASA sends an iPad to the moon

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration plans to launch the huge lunar rocket Artemis 1 shortly.

Remember, as part of the Artemis 1 mission, a monstrous rocket, the first launch of NASA SLS (Space Launch System) is planned. This will launch the Orion spacecraft unmanned around the moon and back. The launch is planned for August 29, 2022.

The mission will conduct by Callisto. It will show how consumer technology can work with spacecraft in the future. This experiment will use WebEx from Cisco and Amazon Alexa. It is intended to show how voice commands can improve astronauts’ lives and work in space.

An iPad will be placed on Orion’s center console. This will allow Cisco’s Webex video conference software to be tested. Also, the Alexa voice assistant is being tested.
