Improved camera, “NFT Gallery”, Tesla controls and more. Nothing Phone (1) got its first update

Nothing Phone (1)’s first over-the air (OTA) update has been released. This update of 120 MB contains bug fixes and new features.

The NFT widget, which displays non-fungible tokens on your desktop, has been specifically added. After the update has been installed, the NFT Gallery section of your phone’s widget menu will be available.

Nothing Phone (1) users will be able to remove the Google search bar on their home screen. Glyph’s signature backlighting can now be used when the phone is in portrait mode. Low light photos are clearer and have less noise. The main and ultra-wide sensors provide better color consistency.

The update gives Tesla owners the ability to access certain controls. You can turn on your Tesla air conditioner using your Nothing Phone (1). The lights will also be on inside your car. Your headlights can even flash to help you locate your car.

There were several bugs fixed, including one that made the under-display fingerprint scanner disappear from the lock screen. Face Unlock now runs faster and more efficiently. This update comes with the July Android security patches.

The novelty came out ahead of OnePlus Nord 2T and iQOO Neo 6 in terms of battery endurance, according to a new test.
