Chinese scientists have developed uncrewed vehicles that can fly or swim. It has civilian and military uses, according to the creators.
Specialists from Nanjing University of Astronautics and Astronautics were involved in the development. The drone’s four propellers, with two swivel propellers at the front. Two folding wings allow the drone to fly at 120 km/h. Wings enable the drone to save energy and can be used for long flights. The drone measures approximately two meters in width.
The drone can be used for civilian and military purposes, as planned by its developers. It can search for and survey water mines or attack drones (kamikaze drones). This is why it’s essential to be able to dive below water. You can then hide from the radar. The wings collapse under water, and the drone becomes a miniature submarine. Once in flight, the drone can hide from sonar. Scientists believe that such capabilities can confuse commanders of opposing armies.
