A photo of the covers for the Huawei Mate 50 Pro smartphone was posted online over the weekend. This photo shows that the smartphone will come with a circular camera block. It will have four holes.
Later, another image was released showing cases for both the Huawei Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50 Pro. While the younger model has four large cutouts on the sides, the Huawei Mate 50 Pro’s bottom has an additional hole.
The Huawei Mate 50 series will include four models: Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50X with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoCs, Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50X with Kirin 9000S, and Mate 50 RS and Mate 50 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Plus Generation 1. Huawei Mate 50 Pro will get three modules in its main camera, while Mate 50 Pro, Mate 50, RS, and Mate 50X will all be equipped with quad cameras, XMAGE technology, and Huawei Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50 RS. These smartphones are the first to offer such a solution.
XMAGE, a brand new by Huawei, was announced earlier in the month. It is a collection advanced Huawei image processing technology. Details are still unknown. It’s only said that it will “bring mobile visualization up to a higher level”.
In the near future, the announcement of the new line will be made.
