Former Wisconsin Star Frank Kaminsky Agrees To Trade With NBA Playoffs Team | Wisconsin Badgers Men’s Basketball

According to Priority Sports agency , Frank Kaminsky, a former University of Wisconsin men’s basketball player is headed to Atlanta. Kaminsky also retweeted the news.

 

The forward was a replacement for the Phoenix Suns in the 2021-22 season. He averaged 10.6 points, 4.6 rebound and 1.4 assists in just 20.1 minutes during his nine first games.

 

Due to a knee injury, his season was cut short. In April, Phoenix released him. He was with the Suns for the past three seasons and helped them win back to back Western Conference titles as well as a trip into the 2021 NBA Finals.

After being named Big Ten Player of the Year and National Player of the Year at the UW, Kaminsky was chosen by the Charlotte Hornets as their draft pick in 2015. Before joining the Suns, he played four seasons for the Hornets.
