In monthly terms, the share of Windows 11 on Steam dropped for the first-ever time. The share of fixed assets fell from 21.23% down to 21.12% in July. Windows 11 had previously shown growth each month or maintained the same market share.
Windows 10 is still leading by a large margin, with 73.17%. This is 1.91 percentage point more than it was a month ago. Windows 7’s share dropped to 2.04% while macOS occupied 1.74% and Linux jumped to 1.23%.
There have not been any significant changes in the performance of video cards. GeForce GTX1060 is the leader, with a share of 7.12%. The GTX 1650 is in second place with a share at 6.35%. The GTX 1050 Ti comes in third with a total share of 5.67%. Notable is the tangible growth in most models of the RTX 30 line.
AMD continues to lead the market in the processor sector over Intel. The market share for the first processor increased by 2.22 percentage points to 33.73%.
